Consulting Engineer Associates 2005 Ltd (CEAL) since its establishment in 1993 under the former name of Consulting Engineers Associates Limited, has grown to be an outstanding and well-established engineering practice in the construction sector in Trinidad and Tobago. Over the years the Company has developed a high level of engineering capability and competency in an extraordinarily wide range of civil engineering practice. The institutional knowledge and engineering design capability of the Company spans the gamut of civil and marine infrastructure, building structures, technical investigations and studies, structural condition assessment reports, contract documentation, construction oversight and contract administration utilizing the entire suite of FIDIC Contracts.

CEAL is therefore uniquely positioned to provide to its clients, cost-effective engineering solutions that are experience-based and focally holistic. The provision of engineering design solutions which are safe, resilient and sustainable and of value for money is a hallmark of the in-depth and wide institutional engineering experience and capability of the Company. As such, Clients utilizing the engineering services of CEAL benefit from the foresights and insights afforded by its strong institutional capability developed through the firm’s wide involvement in both design-bid-build and design-build projects and project oversight. With such involvement which requires our collaboration and teaming with state contracting agencies, developers and contractors, the Company has developed in-depth insights into issues of practical design applications, constructability, sustainability, life cycle costs, contractual dispute issues and environmental and social sensitivity, all of which it brings to engineering design and contract administration solutions for the benefit of its Clients.
